What you can customise
- Capacity and cell type — lithium-polymer for slim profiles, 18650/21700 cylindrical for cost-sensitive high-capacity builds.
- Housing — ABS, aluminium alloy, fabric-wrapped or recycled PCR finishes; Pantone-matched colours.
- Branding — silk-screen, laser engraving, UV print, or moulded logo on the housing.
- Packaging — retail box, blister, kraft eco-box, or bulk master carton with your artwork.
- Firmware — display calibration, LED indicator behaviour, and charging profile tuning.
Compliance and shipping
Power banks are classed as dangerous goods for transport. Every platform ships with UN38.3 test reports and IEC 62133 cell certification, plus MSDS for ocean and air freight. Finished units carry CE, RoHS, REACH and FCC documentation sets, and we support buyer-side lab testing at your nominated facility.
